Does strength training reduce Cellulite?

Absolutely! Cellulite is basically fat deposits that sit underneath the skin, usually in the thigh area but sometimes in the mid-section and arms. Reducing your overall body fat is the way to reduce the appearance of Cellulite. We reduce body fat by strength training, following a low fat diet, and by drinking 4 quarts of water each day.
